Scheduling Procedure

  • The Director/Instructor of Trial Advocacy Programs contacts Instructional Technology to
request available dates, times, and location for Hobbs Direct and Cross Examination
    sessions.
  • Instructional Technology informs the Director/Instructor of available dates, times, and
    location.
  • Instructional Technology may add or modify the available dates, times, and location for
a particular week depending on the availability of staff and location.
  • The Director/Instructor communicates the available dates, times, and location to
    enrolled students.
  • Students must reserve their Cross Examination session using the Master Calendar
    Reservation form at https://mastercalendar.lls.edu/reservation-form.
  • Students must select Video Recording when making their reservation. After selecting a
room location, click the Resources button next to the room. A popup will appear listing
all available resources for that location — check the VIDEO RECORDING checkbox from
    that list.
  • Upon receiving the email confirmation from ISS, students must forward it to
Instructional Technology at instructional.technology@lls.edu and must include “Hobbs
Direct and Cross Examination” in the body of the email.
  • Any changes to an existing reservation must be made directly through ISS at iss@lls.edu.
