PURPOSE
This policy establishes the procedures for scheduling Hobbs Direct and Cross Examination sessions at LMU Loyola Law School. It is designed to ensure that students in the Trial Advocacy Programs can reserve video-recorded examination sessions in an organized and timely manner through coordination between Instructional Technology, the Director of Trial Advocacy Programs, and Information & Support Services (ISS).

Scope
