PURPOSE

This policy establishes the procedures for requesting livestream services at LMU Loyola Law School. It is designed to ensure that events are properly planned, coordinated, and executed in a timely manner through LLS Instructional Technology.

Applies To: All faculty, staff, and students of LMU Loyola Law School

Scope

This policy applies to all faculty, staff, and student organizations at LMU Loyola Law School who wish to request livestream coverage for an event.

Request Procedure

  • Requests must be submitted at least two (2) weeks in advance of the livestream event.
  • Requests must be sent by email to Instructional Technology at
    instructional.technology@lls.edu.
  • In addition to the email request, the requestor must also submit a reservation request
    using the LLS Master Calendar Reservation form at
    https://mastercalendar.lls.edu/reservation-form. When submitting the form, please
    include your livestream request in the comments section.

Required Information

The following information is required when submitting a livestream request:

  • Event Title
  • Short Event Description (1–3 sentences)
  • Livestream Image – An image to be displayed before the livestream begins
  • Event Date(s)
  • Event Start and End Times
  • Event Location
