Purpose

The purpose of this policy is to provide guidelines for reserving the five studios at Loyola Law School. These studios are available for use by students, faculty, and staff. 

Studio Availability

· The studios are located on the third floor of the Dordick Family Advocacy Center .  

·  The studios are available Monday through Friday from 8 am to 10 pm

·  Outside these hours, individuals must obtain approval from the Office of Instructional Technology to reserve a studio. 

Reservation Process

·  To reserve a studio, individuals must submit a room reservation through the official LLS Master Calendar reservation system at the following URL: https://mastercalendar.lls.edu/reservation-form 

·  Reservations are first come, first served

·  Priority is given to academic exercises and examinations

Responsibilities

Users

Users are responsible for adhering to the reservation system, respecting the reserved time slots, and complying with all policies.

Office of Instructional Technology

The office reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify reservations as needed.

Please note:

Cancellation and Rescheduling

If a reservation is no longer needed or requires changes, users should promptly update it through the reservation system. 

Video Recordings

·  For security purposes, please note that the studios are recorded 24/7. 

·  When booking a room via the LLS Master Calendar Reservation Form, individuals must request video recordings if needed. 

·  These video recordings are scheduled to start and end automatically, eliminating the need for physical presence from the tech team. 

Food and Drinks

No food or drinks are allowed in the studios.
